Yifeng Business Management Co., Ltd. was jointly established in 2025 by the Tianjin Civil Affairs Bureau and the Belt and Road Office of the Cultural Industry Promotion Association under the Tianjin Culture and Tourism Bureau. Yifeng Business Mgt headquartered in Tianjin, China, is a business management company specifically founded to invest in the African market, with a particular focus on Ghana. Based in China and oriented toward Africa, the company specializes in the investment, development, and operation of industrial parks in Ghana. With goal of promoting Africa’s industrialization and fostering mutually beneficial growth. As part of its corporate vision, the Chairman of the company emphasizes that Yifeng is committed not only to contributing to Ghana’s industrial breakthroughs, but also to fulfilling its social responsibilities as a major enterprise—by creating employment opportunities and focusing on the development of local high-level technical and managerial talents. The company’s core operations cover a wide range of fields including master planning, construction, and investment management of industrial parks, as well as international exhibitions. The strategic direction of the company is supported by China’s Belt and Road Initiative, actively responding to the national call for promoting international industrial capacity cooperation. Project Introduction
Yifeng Business Management Co., Ltd. is committed to developing modern, high-standard high-tech industrial parks in the Republic of Ghana. Guided by China’s Belt and Road Initiative and leveraging strategic opportunities in China-Africa industrial cooperation, the company follows the development model of “industrial parks driving industries, and industries promoting development,” and is actively advancing a number of key projects. The company’s project portfolio covers a wide array of sectors, including industrial park investment and construction, hotel and supporting facility development, real estate expansion, mineral resource extraction, import-export agency services, and property management. Through this diversified and integrated approach, Yifeng aims to contribute to Ghana’s industrialization and urban modernization.
Planned to be located in the core area of Ghana’s Free Trade Zone, the project involves a projected total investment of over USD 2 billion, and aims to attract approximately 60 high-quality enterprises from sectors such as engineering, healthcare, and food processing. The goal is to establish an integrated industrial platform featuring industrial concentration, resource synergy, and comprehensive functionality. Upon completion, the park is expected to generate over 300,000 direct and indirect job opportunities, covering areas such as management, manufacturing, services, and logistics, thereby contributing sustained momentum to local socio-economic development.
